Microsoft found guilty of having plagiarized Vista font!

The European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market denied Microsoft the registration of a trademark for the "Segoe" font for its upcoming Vista OS. "Segoe" has been found absolutely identical to Linotype's Frutiger Next.
